With restrictions starting to ease a little (and the weather getting colder!) we have made some changes to our Covid-19 protocols.

· We can now have a maximum of 4 people in the waiting room (keeping in line with social-distancing requirements) HOWEVER we understand that as it gets colder it can be uncomfortable waiting outside. So please feel free to remain in your car and PHONE US, then we can let you know when to come in.

· We still request that only ONE family member comes into the hospital with the pet.

· Please sanitise your hands upon entry (we have 2 dispensers - at the door and at the reception desk and exit).

· Please call to arrange prescriptions or medications prior to arrival

· Please reply if we email asking your pet’s history, clinical signs and your questions

· Use EFTPOS payments where possible

· Follow instructions and any direction given by team members

🐶Thankyou to everyone for all your continued support!😸
